How our platform processes information.
Primary Collection
We ingest identification data, including your name, corporate email, and IP address, specifically to facilitate secure access to our predictive metrics engine.
Analytical Refinement
Usage patterns are aggregated to optimize platform performance. These insights are anonymized before being fed into our strategic forecasting models to ensure no individual identity remains attached to metadata.
Secured Archival
Data is retained only as long as your enterprise subscription is active, followed by a 90-day cold-storage grace period before permanent cryptographic erasure.
Note: Information is never sold to third-party brokers. We maintain direct control over our entire stack, from database to interface.
Empowerment Protocols
Your rights within the
SummitVeriMetrics analytics environment.
Right to Portability
Request a full machine-readable export of your personal interaction logs and platform diagnostics at any time.
Absolute Erasure
Invoke your "Right to be Forgotten" to purge all identifiable traces of your user account from our active processing clusters.
Direct Objection
Opt-out of non-critical analytical profiling while maintaining base-level access to the platform's core dashboard.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer directly.

SummitVeriMetrics operates on a principle of minimal friction but maximal control. We utilize specific subprocessors for infrastructure hosting and transactional email deliverability. Every partner undergoes a rigorous 14-point security audit and is legally bound by our Data Processing Agreement (DPA). We do not share information with outside analytics firms or advertising networks.
Legal Compulsion
Under Turkish law and international regulations (GDPR/KVKK), we may be required to disclose data to law enforcement. In such instances, we provide only the minimum required info and notify the affected user unless legally prohibited from doing so.
Cookie Methodology
While our Cookie Policy details specific trackers, it is important to note that our platform uses persistent identifiers primarily for session stability and load balancing across our distributed analytics platform. Managing these settings is possible through your browser, though it may impact the real-time responsiveness of predictive heatmaps.
