These Terms of Service govern your engagement with the SummitVeriMetrics analytics platform. By accessing our strategic insights, you agree to the protocols outlined herein, ensuring a secure and transparent data environment.
System Access & Forecast Integrity
Credential Security
Authorized users must maintain the confidentiality of their enterprise access keys. Any unauthorized deployment of the predictive metrics engine via compromised credentials remains the legal responsibility of the registered entity.
API & Interface Continuity
We reserve the right to modify technical endpoints within our analytics platform to maintain visual or computational accuracy. We provide a 30-day window for critical updates to legacy integration pathways.
Ownership of Strategy & Code
The Engine
The underlying source code, weight-distribution algorithms, and forecasting logic used in our predictive metrics are the exclusive property of SummitVeriMetrics. Sub-licensing or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.
Input Ownership
Client-supplied data remains the property of the client. SummitVeriMetrics claims no ownership over your inputs, however, we retain the right to use anonymized metadata to calibrate global platform performance.
Trademark Use
Usage of the "SummitVeriMetrics" name or brand identity in press releases or strategic reports requires explicit written authorization from our communications department in Istanbul.
Limitation of Predictive Accountability
Predictive metrics are tools for decision support, not definitive guarantees of future market behavior. SummitVeriMetrics provides high-probability modeling based on historical datasets, but we do not assume liability for business outcomes resulting from these insights.
Strategic insights delivered via the platform are intended for internal corporate use. Responsibility for implementing these insights rests solely with the client's executive leadership. We specifically disclaim any "fitness for a particular purpose" beyond our technical benchmarks.
Liability Ceiling
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SummitVeriMetrics’ cumulative liability for all claims related to platform usage shall not exceed the amounts paid by the client for the specific service module in question during the preceding 6 months.
Governance & Contact Protocols
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these predictive metrics services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul (Sisli).
Should any provision of these terms be found unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full force to ensure continuity of service.
Resolution Protocol
Before escalating to formal legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt a good-faith resolution through our compliance office. This period shall last no less than 45 business days from the initial filing.
